Inspiration and Task
The clinic operations manager was in need of a Learning Management System for her team. She wanted a system to role out and track training for her staff. She also needed a way to send out communication, work schedules, and highlight top employee performance. After researching what technology was available, we found there was not an LMS available to the clinic. We landed on the idea of creating a Microsoft Team for the clinic and adding a SharePoint website to accomplish her goals.
Actions
We went through an initial planning meeting to go over what features were available to her, how she wanted the page set up and what images she would like to use on the page. I used Adobe Photoshop to edit the photos of the clinic and the employee of the month. I used Adobe Illustrator to create the graphic for the clinic's core values statements. After creating the initial design, we had meetings to go over the layout and design of the page. We tried several different designs before landing on the final result in the photo above. Since this project is ongoing, adjustments will be made as clinic needs change.
Results
As this project is ongoing to date (7/18/22) results are not available yet. The SharePoint will be rolled out next week and data for results will ba available a month after rollout.
